DNS Issue - Update

The DNS problem we experienced in the afternoon of Tuesday 13th was by and large resolved by Wednesday morning.

There are still some problems affecting a minority of customers, a total of 354.

These cases will need to be dealt with on an individual basis. Most of the affected services are older packages using our Anti Spam and Anti Virus: Webmail, Webname, Webpro and Platinum.

If you wish to ensure we have correct and consistent details we recommend you should confirm the desired configuration of your MX records, by contacting our Support Team helpline or by raising a ticket in the customer area. We will endeavour to reply as soon possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and reassure you it is our priority to fully resolve any remaining issues as soon as possible.

Regards,
